Attending GAC Breakout Sessions

CUNA is considering letting people from our group attend one breakout session each without having to pay the registration fee. In turn each of us that attends will need to either write one blog post for the CUNA blog (I’m sure you can publish it on your own blog too) or live-tweet the session.

WHAT IS THE GAC?

CUNA's Governmental Affairs Conference is one of the largest conferences in the credit union industry.

Each year, hundreds of some of the brightest and most influential minds in our industry descend on Washington DC to network with peers, hear from key legislative and political leaders, and experience a variety of sessions on credit unions' hot issues.

"CRASH?"

Yup. Crash. The idea began as a subversive conference for credit union professionals under 30 around the proper conference, including Crash Sessions lead by industry thought leaders and boatloads of networking opportunities.

Since then, CUNA's Center for Professional Development has also opened up opportunities for our group to attend the full conference through a scholarship application program.

Meaning we've essentially become two events for the price of none.
